You'll work closely with internal teams and top-tier suppliers to secure competitive advantages for JFC.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupply & Risk Strategy\nMonitor market trends and supply-demand dynamics to anticipate risks and recommend proactive solutions.\n\nEnsure consistent supply capacity by partnering with Market Best-in-Class (MBIC) vendors.\n\nConduct supplier assessments and site visits to validate capabilities and support strategic growth.\n\nSupplier Lifecycle Management\nManage supplier relationships from onboarding to offboarding.\n\nTrack performance metrics, resolve issues, and collaborate with vendors to meet evolving category needs.\n\nCost Optimization\nLead cost benchmarking and analysis to identify savings opportunities.\n\nApply negotiation strategies and market intelligence to maximize procurement value across categories.\n\nStakeholder Engagement\nHandle complex procurement requests and provide strategic responses to internal stakeholders.\n\nGather feedback and recommend process improvements to align procurement with business goals.\n\nJob Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or any Business-related course.\n\nAt least 5-8 years of experience in procurement, ideally with experience in Delivery Services/Aggregators.\n\nStrong expertise in supply and supplier management, cost control, negotiation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.\n\nMust be willing to work on a hybrid arrangement (2 days onsite and 3 days work-from-home per week) and be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.\n\nJollibee
