The Manager works closely with technology partners, country teams, Operations, Restaurant Systems, and other departments to ensure solutions meet business needs and operate effectively after implementation.\nProduct Strategy and Planning\nWorks with the EMEAA Head of Digital and Technology to develop and maintain the long-term plan for in-store technology solutions.\nDefines future technology needs and implementation priorities.\nReviews restaurant technologies and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and cost effectiveness.\nProduct Management and Requirements\nServes as the regional lead for assigned technology platforms and integrations.\nGathers, reviews, documents, and prioritizes business and operational requirements.\nMaintains and manages enhancement requests and helps resolve product gaps and configuration decisions.\nProject and Rollout Management\nPlans and manages system setup, testing, training, pilot activities, implementation, and transition to support teams.\nCoordinates with country teams, Operations, vendors, franchisees, and implementation partners.\nTracks project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and overall readiness.\nSupports new store openings and expansion initiatives.\nSystems and Integration Management\nWorks with technology partners and internal teams to maintain effective system design.\nEnsures restaurant systems are connected and able to work together properly.\nTesting and Release Management\nCoordinates system testing, user testing, and operational testing activities.\nMonitors testing results, issues, action items, and completion dates.\nLeads deployment readiness reviews and coordinates system releases and updates.\nSupport and Continuous Improvement\nSupports the service management team in establishing support processes and handling system issues and requests.\nLeads problem investigation and resolution activities.\nMonitors system performance, reliability, and user experience.\nVendor and Cost Management\nEvaluates vendors and manages relationships with technology and implementation partners.\nReviews proposals, subscriptions, service fees, licensing costs, renewals, and contracts.\nConfirms cost responsibilities across regional, country, and franchisee stakeholders.\nCommunication, Training, and Adoption\nDevelops communication and training plans to support implementation.\nFacilitates discussions with stakeholders and uses feedback to improve solutions.\nRisk, Security, and Compliance\nWorks with internal teams to ensure compliance with security, privacy, legal, audit, and regulatory requirements.\nCoordinates reviews, access management, data protection, documentation, and corrective actions.\nEscalates significant project, operational, security, privacy, and compliance risks.\nPerformance Monitoring and Reporting\nTracks and monitors product, project, service, vendor, and financial performance.\nDevelops reports and dashboards covering project progress, system performance, issues, costs, adoption, and business benefits.\nJob Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.\nAt least 8 years of experience in information technology, digital solutions, restaurant systems, or product management, including at least 5 years leading large-scale technology projects or managing technology products.
