Analytics\nLeads product analytics and reporting. \nBuilds proper principles on the right level of Gross Profit for product/marketing launches.\nAnalyzes product category gross profit and creates levers to improve profit.\nPartners with various stakeholder to understand the drivers of cost of the product.\nEnsures the integrity of product costing database in various platforms (e.g. DSP) brand campaigns, trade marketing programs, etc.)\nProvides financial recommendations to ensure project targets are met.\nCreates financial models to analyze the profitability of various business model to drive sales growth in various channels.\nPartners with various stakeholder in managing and monitoring of Advertising and &Promotions budget.\nProvides business strategies in ensuring efficiency in A&P utilization.\nMain Office and Operations Business Partner\nManages main office and operations annual budget.\nProvides outlook and opportunities in cost savings.\nTimely escalation of business risks and opportunities to partners\nDrives main office and operations budget to ensure efficiency and target achievement.\nProvides insights to functional heads on how to properly manage their department budgets. \nJOB QUALIFICATIONS\nMust be a graduate of any 4-year finance or business-related course.\nMust have at least 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis.\nExperience in managing key profit and loss items such as gross margins, advertising and promotions and general & administrative expenses.\nWilling to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City on a hybrid working set-up (2 days, 3
