The role ensures that learning interventions are designed according to the specific requirements of the individual learners within the assigned unit (whether by level, program type, function, or combination), thereby facilitating the development of the employees and their ability to contribute to the unit’s results.\nIdentifies learning and capability requirements of assigned unit(s) in line with organizational objectives and short- to medium-term workforce needs.\nConducts learning needs analysis (LNA) following Global L&D guidelines and share insights with Regional L&D.\nPrepares and recommends annual learning plans, calendars, and budgets for assigned unit(s), programs, or employee levels.\nCustomizes learning plans and interventions based on individual and group development needs, using curricula from Global and/or Regional L&D.\nPartners closely with HR Business Partners to ensure learning solutions are relevant and business-driven.\nDesigns learning interventions aligned with global L&D policies, standards, and methodologies.\nCollaborates with Global L&D and key stakeholders in delivering learning interventions.\nSets delivery standards and supports certification of Learning Services partners.\nCreates a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that reflects company values and the learning brand.\nJob Qualifications:\nA graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field.\nWith at least three (3) years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or HR roles with strong learning exposure.\nWith experience in curriculum development,learning needs analysis, program design, training delivery, and evaluation.\nStrong project management, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent communication and facilitation skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.\nExperience working with shared services or
