This role is responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, safe, and cost-effective storage and delivery of goods while meeting service level agreements and supporting overall business objectives through effective planning, leadership, and operational control.\nLeads end-to-end logistics operations to ensure timely, accurate, safe, and cost-effective storage and delivery of goods.\nDrives inventory optimization through innovative models, systems, and cross-functional improvements.\nOversees warehouse strategy, network design, audits, and performance enhancement initiatives.\nDevelops and manages transportation strategies, fleet deployment, routing, and modal optimization.\nEstablishes, manages, and continuously improves third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships and contracts.\nOptimizes logistics costs using financial analysis, forecasting, and trade-off evaluations across functions.\nDesigns and implements business continuity and risk management plans for logistics operations.\nEnsures efficient facilities and building management, including audits, maintenance, and operational design.\nLeads talent development, engagement, succession planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nAligns logistics strategies, systems, and OKRs with overall business objectives.\nJob Qualifications:\nA graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Management, Supply Chain Management, or related courses\nMust have at least five (5) years of extensive managerial experience in warehousing and logistics (inbound and outbound) operations, transportation, and inventory operations.\nStrong leadership, project management, collaboration, and third-party management, which includes financial acumen and audit functions.\nProven ability to drive operational improvements, cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.\nSolid understanding of logistics systems, optimization models, risk management, and continuous improvement practices.\nMust be willing to work full-time on a hybrid setup in Bicutan, Paranaque.\n* Jollibee Worldwide Pte.
