In addition, the Mobile Developer Team Lead will manage agile processes and mentor their team to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\n Code Quality and Review - Lead comprehensive code reviews for both iOS (Swift with SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin with a preference for Jetpack Compose).\nMobile Application Performance Optimization - Ensure both iOS and Android applications meet defined performance benchmarks, including responsiveness, stability, and load times.\nTeam Leadership and Mentorship - Mentor and guide the mobile development team in technical practices and agile methodologies, fostering continuous improvement and skill enhancement.\n Agile Project Management - Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups) in close collaboration with the Director of Software Development.
