Site Logistics Assistant Manager is responsible for:\nEffectively planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the warehousing operations for raw, packaging materials, and spare parts.\nDirects and controls the activities in the area to assure the smooth flow of warehousing operations.\nCollaborates with Utilities & Facilities Engineering and Service Providers to ensure that all warehouse cold and dry storage, materials handling equipment, and other warehouse utilities are.\nMonitors the aging of stocks on hand and flags aging/about-to-expire stocks for proper and timely disposition.\nEnsures the implementation of the prescribed receiving, handling, and storage guidelines for raw and packaging materials at all times.\nJob Qualifications:\nMust be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, or other related courses.\nWith at least five (5) years of supervisory work experience in warehousing management operations, including the following: inbound and outbound operations andinventory management.\nKnowledgeable in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control processes, and SAP or other warehousing/logistics management systems.\n\nDemonstrates strong leadership, integrity, and decision-making skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all organizational levels.\n\nPossesses excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.\n\nMust be residing or have relatives in Danao City, Cebu or nearby
