Responsibilities\nTest Automation & Quality Engineering\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for web, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing. \nBuild reliable and reusable automation assets that improve testing efficiency and product quality across enterprise platforms. \nCollaborate with globally distributed development teams to embed automated testing throughout the software development lifecycle. \nDevelop and execute automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment practices. \nIdentify automation opportunities to reduce manual testing effort and improve release speed, consistency, and quality. \nParticipate in test planning, defect analysis, root cause investigations, and release validation activities. \nSupport exploratory and manual testing efforts where automation is not practical or sufficient. \nContribute to consistent quality engineering standards and practices across global teams and delivery regions. \nAI-Enabled Quality & Innovation\nLeverage AI-assisted testing tools and technologies to improve test creation, execution, maintenance, and defect detection. \nExplore and implement intelligent automation approaches including self-healing test scripts, predictive analytics, and AI-generated test scenarios. \nContribute to the evolution of AI-enabled quality engineering practices across the organization. \nEvaluate emerging QA and AI technologies to improve engineering productivity, automation scalability, and release confidence. \nCollaborate with engineering leadership to drive innovation in testing methodologies and quality automation. \nSupport adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and intelligent quality tooling across distributed engineering teams. \nOperational Excellence\nMonitor and maintain automated test execution reliability and reporting accuracy across multiple applications and environments. \nContribute to quality metrics and reporting including automation coverage, defect trends, release readiness indicators, and operational insights. \nContinuously improve automation frameworks, coding standards, and testing processes to support scalable global delivery. \nSupport quality gates and release governance processes to ensure high-quality software delivery. \nPartner with DevOps and platform engineering teams to optimize testing infrastructure, environments, and deployment pipelines. \nContribute to operational readiness and continuous improvement initiatives supporting enterprise-scale SaaS platforms. \nCollaboration & Team Contribution\nWork closely with Software Engineers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Delivery teams across multiple regions to understand requirements and quality expectations. \nParticipate actively in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. \nShare knowledge and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering and quality practices across global teams. \nMentor junior team members on automation frameworks, tools, AI-assisted testing approaches, and quality engineering best practices. \nFoster collaboration, accountability, and innovation within a globally distributed engineering organization. \nKey Skills & Qualifications\n3+ years of experience in test automation, software engineering in test, or quality engineering roles. \nStrong hands-on experience with modern test automation frameworks and tools such as: \nPlaywright \nSelenium \nCypress \nNightwatch \nPostman/Newman \nAppium \nJMeter or k6 for performance testing \nExperience developing automation frameworks for UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing. \nProficiency in programming or scripting languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or C#. \nExperience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices including GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD. \nFamiliarity with source control systems such as Git and modern branching/release strategies. \nExperience working in agile software development environments and globally distributed engineering teams. \nUnderstanding of cloud-native applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems architectures. \nExposure to AI-assisted testing tools and intelligent automation capabilities including: \nAI-generated test case creation \nSelf-healing automation frameworks \nIntelligent defect analysis \nPredictive testing and risk-based testing approaches \nFamiliarity with AI-assisted
