Working closely with Business Unit Leaders, Portfolio Managers, ESG Champions and Senior Leadership Teams globally, the role will coordinate ESG activities, monitor progress against agreed objectives, support ESG reporting and help drive the achievement of the Company's global ESG goals.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate and support the rollout of the Company's ESG strategy across all business units.\nWork collaboratively with Business Unit Leaders, Portfolio Managers and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure ESG objectives are embedded within business plans and operational activities, including the completion of the ESG Scorecard on a quarterly basis.\nCoordinate ESG projects and initiatives, ensuring agreed milestones, deadlines and deliverables are achieved.\nMonitor progress against ESG targets and support the collection and analysis of ESG-related data and metrics.\nIdentify gaps, inconsistencies and delays in ESG submissions, working with stakeholders to resolve issues and escalating material risks where appropriate.\nMaintain ESG project plans, documentation, action logs and reporting dashboards.\nSupport the preparation of ESG reports, updates and presentations for internal stakeholders.\nCoordinate and support ESG Champions across the business with carbon calculation data collection and the use of the Sweep platform.\nIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement and support the implementation of new ESG initiatives aligned to the Company's global goals.\nProvide support and training on ESG to new business unit leaders and ESG champions as required.\nSupport the collation of information required for ESG reporting and compliance activities, working with internal subject matter experts and external advisers where appropriate.\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience\nEssential\nExperience coordinating projects and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.\nStrong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.\nAbility to analyse information and present findings clearly and accurately.\nStrong Excel skills and confidence working with data and reporting.\nAbility to identify trends, anomalies and gaps within data submissions.\nAbility to manage sensitive and confidential business information appropriately.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across different levels of the organisation.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.\nDesirable\nPrevious experience working in ESG, sustainability, corporate responsibility or a related field.\n\nExperience working with sustainability reporting systems or ESG data collection platforms.\nExperience coordinating activities across multiple business units or regions.\nKnowledge of ESG frameworks, reporting standards and emerging sustainability trends.\nExperience producing reports and tracking performance metrics.\nBehavioural Competencies\nCollaboration and Teamwork\nPlanning and Organisation\nStakeholder Management\nContinuous Improvement\nAccountability\nCommunication\nAttention to Detail\nProactive Follow-through\nKey Relationships\nInternal\nChief People Officer\nESG Steering Committee\nSenior Leadership Team\nBusiness Unit Leaders\nPortfolio Managers\nESG Champions\nFunctional teams across the Group\nExternal\nIndustry bodies and sustainability partners\nESG consultants and advisers (where applicable)\nBusiness Unit:\nVesta Software Group - GlobalScheduled Weekly Hours:\n37.5Number of Openings Available:\n1Worker Type:\nRegularCareer Site:\nMore About Jonas Software:\nJonas Software is a leading provider of enterprise management software solutions, serving a wide range of vertical markets including hospitality, healthcare, construction, education, personal care, fitness, leisure, moving and legal services, to name a few.
