Your work will be instrumental in shaping the success of our platform and its future.\nJob Responsibilities\nLeadership & Collaboration: Report directly to the Head of Engineering and collaborate with Delivery Managers, Product Managers, Partnerships, Architects, Designers, Developers and QAs to understand requirements and objectives.\nPlanning: Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Product Managers and Architects to determine feasibility of work, timelines, approaches and identify risks.\nFeature Development: Implement and optimize end-to-end features, including API endpoints, background jobs, integrations and accessible front-end interfaces.\nCode & Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of code quality through unit testing and code reviews.
