It ALL begins with the employees hired to provide a professional level of service in the field, or at the office.\nPosition Summary:\nThe Administrative Biologist will receive on-the-job training for the skills needed to be successful, and we also provide continuing education opportunities. Responsibilities include oversight and response to customer service inquiries via telephone and in-office. This role will assist with customer needs and provide administrative support for the team and branch manager.\nEssential Duties:\nAssist management team with material “issues” and tasks needed to be completed\nProvide excellent customer service via phone and in person as needed\nEnsure inventory is managed appropriately and adjustments are made when needed\nConduct spot checks of materials, high value items, and high turnover inventory regularly to ensure accuracy\nCoordinate the collection of credit card receipts and submission process for the team\nAssist branch manager with any follow-ups needed to be performed with customers\nPerform projects as needed for the branch manager\nAssist with creation and coordination of estimates\nCommunicate estimates to customers\nInform clients of new equipment options\nQualifications:\nAssociate’s Degree or higher in Biology, Water Resources, Fisheries related course study, or equivalent work experience\nMust be well organized, highly motivated, and willing to work well with a team of professionals\nProficiency in Microsoft Office\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written\nExcellent phone and cold calling skills\nExceptional customer service skills\nStrong listening and sales skills\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds\nBend at waist and/or knees and lift arms over shoulders\nSitting for extended periods of time with ability to use a keyboard\nComprehensive Benefits:\nMultiple health plans to choose from, including the ability to participate in an HSA.\nDental, Vision, and Company Paid Life Insurance\n12 Paid Holidays per year\nGenerous PTO\n401(k) with Generous Company Match\nIf you are passionate about aquatic management and have the skills required for this role, we encourage you to apply!
