Account Director - Integrated Facilities Management (Technology)

What this job involves:

As an Account Director at JLL, you'll be accountable for developing and implementing strategic account plans that delight our clients and ensure healthy, long-term partnerships. You'll anticipate client needs and deliver beyond contractual commitments while building financial plans that exceed revenue and profitability targets. Leading a team of talented individuals across office and tech lab facilities, you'll deliver integrated multi-disciplined services including facilities management and project management. In this role, you'll work alongside the Work Dynamics leadership team to understand the firm's strategy and translate those goals into business opportunities and measurable success.

The Account Director reports to the APAC Managing Director (matrix to the Global IFM Account Director). You'll be an innovative, forward-thinking leader with the highest ethical standards who can build effective relationships, drive results, and inspire your team to achieve operational excellence.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Establish the vision and strategy for regional account plans, ensuring clients receive exceptional service delivery and experience that meets and exceeds contractual obligations
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the client organization, serving as the single point of contact for service delivery and escalation
• Lead a high-performing team through regular coaching and feedback, providing recognition and taking proactive action to refresh and enhance team capabilities when needed
• Drive financial performance by achieving agreed revenue, expense, and debtor targets while identifying opportunities for cross-selling services and meeting growth objectives
• Develop and implement the global Human Experience (HX) program in your region, ensuring delivery of HX targets through annual surveys and maintaining best-in-class culture
• Oversee contract management, ensuring adherence to requirements and achievement of key performance indicators and service levels
• Role is focused primarily on facilities management and project management.
• Covers office and tech lab facilities only.
• Explicit focus on driving regional initiatives with AI tools/tech.
• Manage regional initiatives, with a focus on AI, drive client-specific programs such as savings targets and benchmarking, and source best practices to continuously improve account performance
• Champion inclusion and diversity across your team, building a diverse group of talented individuals aligned with JLL's Regional and Global Diversity & Inclusion strategy
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews in your region and participate in global QBRs to maintain consistency in reporting, standard operating procedures, and systems across countries

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in real estate, with demonstrated strength in Facilities Account Management and understanding of Project Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, Workplace Strategy, and Employee Experience
• Proven track record managing complex account structures, including running multiple teams across multiple disciplines, locations, and countries
• Experience handling client and firm sensitivities, knowing when to escalate with urgency or how to de-escalate risks effectively
• Demonstrated ability to balance client interests with those of the firm while translating client needs into existing or new business growth opportunities
• Strong leadership capabilities with expertise in building and growing relationships with stakeholders, peers, subordinates, and wider JLL colleagues at all levels
• Results-driven approach with ability to translate account plans into solid delivery models and use relevant data to measure performance and make decisive adjustments
• Excellent communication skills with ability to establish credibility, confidence, and presence with leaders and create an environment of strong morale and trust
• Deep understanding of the outsourcing business, real estate industry fundamentals, and various service products to identify opportunities for growth
