Accountable for uptime, compliance, and audit-readiness across MEP, fire, and BMS systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nShift Governance\nOversee all shift engineers across all shifts; enforce SOP/EOP/SCP discipline and handover log accuracy\nRun daily cross-shift reviews; track open issues, pending RCAs, and PM status\nManage rostering, leave backup planning, and staffing escalations\nOwn training matrix and OEM certification tracking for shift teams\nFirst point of technical escalation for S1/S2 incidents, ahead of Account Lead/Operations Head\nMaintenance & Technical Operations\nOwn execution of the 52-week PM calendar across electrical, mechanical, fire, and BMS systems\nCoordinate predictive maintenance (thermography, PQA, relay coordination, CFD analysis) with specialist vendors; track findings to closure\nEnforce change management discipline - unique RFC ID, approval matrix, no activity overlap\nDrive problem management - RCA closure and KEDB upkeep for recurring issues\nValidate CMMS entries (work orders, asset updates) raised by shift teams\nReview HIRA/method statements before approving high-risk work\nVendor & Asset Management\nTrack OEM/vendor SLA performance; lead quarterly spares warehouse audits\nChair vendor review meetings; drive corrective action plans for underperformance\nMonitor spares/consumables inventory with Store In-charge; escalate stock below threshold\nMaintain asset register accuracy in CMMS; support CAPEX/replacement planning inputs\nCompliance & Safety\nEnsure all maintenance is executed under CFM supervision per OEM process\nConduct EHS/safety walkthroughs; close non-conformances on schedule\nSupport ISO and statutory audit readiness across site\nEnforce permit-to-work and safety briefing protocols before high-risk activity\nReporting & Account Support\nConsolidate shift-level daily/weekly/monthly reports into one operations summary for Account Lead\nSupport inputs for monthly ops reviews and QBRs\nAct as shift in-charge with full technical decision authority in Account Lead's absence\nTake on additional tasks delegated by Account Lead or client technical stakeholders\nRequirements\nGraduate Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical) with 3-4 years' experience, or Diploma Engineer with 6-8 years' experience, or ITI candidate with 10+ years' experience and demonstrated shift-lead/supervisory exposure in a Tier III/IV critical facility\nStrong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, BMS/EPMS, fire systems, chiller/CRAC operations\nProven experience managing multi-disciplinary shift teams and vendor/OEM performance\nCMMS and MS Office proficiency\nStrong analytical and problem-solving ability under operational pressure\nWorking knowledge of ISO frameworks (QMS, ISMS, BCMS, EnMS, OHSE) and statutory compliance\nStrong communication skills across Account Lead, client stakeholders, and vendors\nLocation:\nOn-site -Thane, MHScheduled Weekly Hours:\n48Job Tags:\nIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
