You will work closely with the Senior Analyst in the preparation of reports and analysis on these subject areas. You will ensure the integrity and accuracy of operational data including tenant sales, mall traffic, occupancy/vacancy, and leasing activity, while delivering insights that translate complex operational performance into clear, actionable recommendations. You will support the modernization of our operational reporting capabilities and use AI tools to enhance reporting efficiency and support value creation across the organization.\nThis role is focused on functional analysis (operational interpretation) for operational reporting, data stewardship, and stakeholder communication within commercial real estate. It is not a data science or advanced analytics position.\nCandidates should not expect to build predictive models, machine learning algorithms, or advanced statistical forecasting.\nWhat You Will Deliver\nOperational Data Stewardship:\nManage various Operational Key Performance Metrics (tenant sales, mall traffic, occupancy/vacancy, and leasing activity) on a monthly basis, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and integrity of operational data\nEnsure strict compliance with business rules and procedures across all reporting processes\nVerify accuracy of standard formulas and calculations, reviewing consistency of data sets to maintain data quality and reliability\nMonitor and maintain operational data integrity, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly\nAnalysis & Reporting:\nPrepare consolidated operational reports and variance analyses for senior management and stakeholders\nAnalyze key performance indicators including tenant sales performance, mall traffic trends, occupancy rates, and leasing activity\nProvide high-level variance explanations and analysis\nPresent operational performance through clear reports, dashboards, and written narratives\nStakeholder Partnership & Communication:\nAssist in preparing quarterly presentations and reporting packages for JLL Executive Committee, senior management, and external stakeholders\nCollaborate with business partners across departments, effectively communicating operational information\nWork closely with the Financial Planning & Analysis team to provide meaningful operational statistics that support key insights on the financial performance of assets\nAct as an Operational Performance representative on cross-functional and technology projects\nProcess Excellence & Innovation:\nSupport continuous improvement by participating in developing and implementing enhanced reporting tools, processes, and systems that simplify workflows and increase organizational agility\nContribute to modernization of operational reporting including automation, use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to summarize data and streamline recurring reports, standardized KPIs, Power BI reporting, and enhanced executive visualization\nIdentify opportunities to redirect capacity from recurring tasks toward higher-value strategic analysis\nSupport implementation of new systems, processes, and reports with a constant focus on value creation\nBudget & Forecast Support:\nSupport quarterly forecast and annual budget processes, working closely with the Senior Analyst and Operations team\nAssist in ensuring quality, consistency, and reasonability of operational data throughout the budget and forecast cycles\nProvide operational data and analysis to support planning initiatives\nSpecial Projects:\nRespond to ad-hoc requests for data and analysis, providing current and historical information as required, and sensitive assignments at the direction of senior leadership\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)\nMinimum 2-4 years of progressive experience in operational analysis and reporting\nExperience in commercial real estate or property management (preferred)\nThis is not a data science or statistical modeling role.
