We’d like to know because at JLL, we make your ambitions our business.\nAnd if you have ambitions inFacilities, join us to be inspired by the best.\nWhat this job involves:\nTo achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs at (Client) with highest standards and ensure energy conservation practices.\nAssist the Engineering Manager in managing M&E scope of the projects to ensure the quality and deliverableswith inthe stipulated time.\nAssist in providing comprehensive Facility,contractand procurement management for technical services to the client.\nContribute to achieving financial and other targets established by the Account Management Team.\nAchieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements targets.\nTechnology Tools implementation and management\nProperty Operations\nSupport the Engineering Manager in managing the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations & all Civil maintenance within the Facility.\nResponsible for preparation of critical spares list for all installations as per manufacturer’s recommendations and plan for the inventory where the maintenance is carried out with in-house teams.\nImplement and oversee the pre-emptive maintenanceprogrammeto reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment.\nAssist the Chief Engineer to review the maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations.\nMaintain the logbooks,checklistsand PPM schedules for all M & E installations.\nManage Downtime/Breakdowns;\nArrange for ad-hoc M&E set ups as per the client requirement from time to time.\nEnsure the contractorsfollow the house rules at all timesand the projects are handled with minimum inconvenience to the Client.\nAssume AFM soft services responsibilities if need arises.\nResponsible to handle the shifts independently on all Engineering related matters.\nReporting:\nResponsible fordaily reporting on M & E to the Engineering Manager.\nGenerate Service maintenance reports on office equipment.\nGenerate Inventory and Purchasing of spares and consumables.\nGenerate Downtime and breakdown incident reports.\nPerformance objectives\nMeet or exceed best practice in provision of services through contracts\nEstablishment and adherence to policies & procedures, compliance deadlines for each of the tasks as advised by the Operation Manager.\nEffective management of the team\nSound like the job you’re lookingfor?Before you apply, it’s also worth knowing what we are looking for:\nEducation and experience\nGraduate in any discipline.5 - 7 years’ experience inEngineeringmanagement.Tertiary qualifications inelectrical/mechanical engineering.\nA relationship builder\nOverall client satisfaction by achieving SLAtargets.Timely resolution of helpdesk complaints.Effective team coordination of direct and vendor staff for efficient service delivery\nAn eye for detail\nYou’ll have an eye for detail and an ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information - and translate this into strategic deliverables.\nGreat organisational skills\nYou’ll have great time management and organisationalskills, andbe good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment and adapting to your team’s or client’s changing requirements.\nWhat you can expect from us\nYou’ll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
