Establish the vision and strategy of the account plan ensuring there is alignment with the client objectives and interests\nDrive the account plan to deliver high quality results which exceed the client’s expectations. Become a reference for best in class service delivery that can be leveraged to expand Jones Lang LaSalle’s business. Recognizes opportunities for account growth, then articulate the value proposition and ensures its implementation across the platform.\nWork with the client team, and leverages experts within the broader organization, to ensure exceptional results are delivered to the client, exceeding key performance indicators. Proactively solicits and responds to feedback and input from client\nEstablishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect\nBuilds and Manages High Performing Teams\nOversee the operation, staffing, performance and development of the Facilities Management service delivery staff.\nEnsure client satisfaction score achieved as per SLA\nHave a seamless interface into NTT DATA Location Spoc. \nDemonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity.\nUnderstand the Facilities Management scope and develop client specific processes and procedures in consultation with Account Manager / Facility Manager and ensure implementation.\nSupport NTT DATA in the implementation of short and long-term projects.\nDevelop and implement the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified by client.\nOversee compilation and deliver the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting.\nEnsure compliance with JLL minimum audit standards.\nAny other additional responsibilities assigned from time to time based on the client scope deliverables\nEnsure Planned Preventive Maintenance activities are undertaken in accordance with the schedule.\nEnsure implementation of Safe work practices\nImplement regular inspections of the facility on energy conservation, maintenance practices, utility management, Housekeeping services, Maintenance of pest control, indoor plants and landscaping and building maintenance with risk management procedures.\nImplement the pre-emptive maintenance program to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment\nProvide training to on-site teams on equipment procedures and implementation.\nSupport service delivery teams on equipment maintenance and upkeep.\nConduct regular inspections to ensure that the procedures are being followed and updated as required.\nEnsure labor & Statutory compliance are tracked and monitored from time to time for all monthly / quarterly audits.\nEnsure all safety procedures, including Crisis Management/ Business Continuity and Emergency Procedures are maintained at all times.\nMaintain Housekeeping equipment in all working conditions and apply all checks and control mechanism.\nEnsure adequate control measures on all facility inventory for both engineering & soft services\nCo-ordinate for all client events and hospitality management including overseeing cafeteria requirements.\nPrepare / provide input to the site monthly report to be submitted to client.\nPutting best practices in place\nTeamwork should also be one of your strongest points, as you’ll work with a team to ensure that all performance targets set out in the contract are being met. To do this, you’ll develop tools that help measure the technical team’s performance on a quarterly or annual basis.\nSound like you?
