This role serves as the central data and reporting backbone-tracking master schedules, project budgets, procurement cycles, stage-gate governance, contractor deliverables, and executive dashboards for Workplace Services Managers (WSM) and project delivery leads.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Project Milestone & Schedule Tracking\nMaintain and update the Pan-India Master Project Tracker across all active minor works sites.\nTrack critical project milestones including design sign-offs, Stage Gate approvals, Project Completion (PC), Project Declaration (PD), Acceptance Testing (AT), and First Day of Business (FDOB).\nMonitor baseline vs. actual timelines, flagging schedule variances, critical path slippages, and operational blockers.\n2. Financial, Cost & Commercial Controls\nTrack and reconcile project budgets, Capex/Opex allocations, and committed spends.\nMonitor end-to-end procurement workflows: PR/PO generation, vendor quotes, variation orders, and Non-Tendered (NT) items.\nTrack Running Account (RA) bills, retention clauses, payment cycles, and contractor invoicing against contract milestones.\nSupport monthly accrual reporting, cash-flow forecasting, and commercial closeout reconciliation.\n3. Governance & Executive Reporting\nDesign, build, and publish automated Daily/Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports (WPR/MPR) and executive status decks for Google WSMs and leadership.\nBuild and maintain interactive dashboards using Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or Power BI to visualize portfolio health, SLA compliance, and spend trends.\nMaintain risk and dependency registers, capturing vendor delays, material lead times, and mitigation actions.\n4. Documentation & Compliance Management\nManage central project document repositories (GFC drawings, Handover/Snagging punch lists, SWMS, vendor compliance, and statutory approvals).\nAudit site handover documentation required for formal sign-offs and space activation.\nEnsure data integrity, standardization of project templates, and consistency across regional site teams.\n5. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Coordination\nLiaise between on-site Project Managers, General Contractors (GC), MEP leads, architects, Global Security (GSRS), and Client Workplace Managers (WSM).\nCoordinate periodic progress reviews, capture meeting minutes (MOMs), and enforce action item closures.\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\n Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical), Construction Management, Architecture, Computer Applications, or Finance/Commerce.\n Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven experience in MIS, Project Controls, or PMO within Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Fit-Out/Interior Construction, or Facilities Management.\n Domain Knowledge: Understanding of interior fit-outs, MEP/critical infrastructure handovers, and project lifecycle phases (initiation to closeout).\nTechnical Skills & Tools\n Google Workspace: Advanced Google Sheets (complex formulas, Apps Script/macros, Query, Pivot Tables, dynamic dashboards) and Google Slides.\nBI & Reporting: Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.\n Project Tools: MS Project / Primavera P6 (working knowledge preferred).\nFinancial & ERP Systems: Experience with SAP, Oracle PPM, or corporate ERP billing platforms.\nKey Competencies\nHigh numerical accuracy and attention to detail.\nStrong data visualization and storytelling skills for executive presentations.\nAbility to handle multiple fast-tracked projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills across cross-functional teams.\nLocation:\nOn-site -Bengaluru, KAScheduled Weekly Hours:\n48If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
