Function: HR - Workplace Experience (WPX)
Location: Gurgaon (Corporate Office)
Reporting To: DGM - Program Management
Purpose of the Role
Support program governance by coordinating enterprise workplace projects through centralized tracking, reporting and stakeholder management. The role will own project coordination through the Workplace Property Tool, ensuring timely updates, governance reporting, documentation and milestone tracking while enabling technical teams to focus on engineering and project delivery.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC Preferred)
- Certification in Project Management (Preferred)
Experience
- 4-5 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMC, Facilities Projects, HVAC or Building Services.
- Experience in managing project MIS and reporting.
- Exposure to commercial office projects or corporate real estate is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Coordinate multiple workplace projects across Corporate and Circle teams.
- Track project progress, dependencies and action items.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending approvals and deliverables.
- Support governance meetings and project reviews.
Workplace Property Tool Management
- Own project updates on the Workplace Property Tool.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness and timely reporting.
- Monitor project status and escalate delays.
- Support digitization initiatives and system enhancements.
MIS & Governance
- Prepare weekly, monthly and executive dashboards.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers and governance records.
- Generate analytical reports for leadership reviews.
- Support audit and compliance documentation.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with Circle Workplace Leads, Engineering, RE, SCM, Finance and external PMCs.
- Track action closures from governance meetings.
- Ensure timely communication across project stakeholders.
Documentation
- Maintain project repositories.
- Track approvals, drawings, BOQs and change requests.
- Support knowledge management and process documentation.
