In this position, you'll take ownership of smaller and less complex projects from inception through to handover and closure, working under the guidance of experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers. You'll be responsible for coordinating all project phases, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and fostering collaboration among project participants to maximize value delivery. We embrace more innovative ways of working and prioritize opportunities to strengthen and advance your career, making this an excellent platform for professional growth within our organization.\nKey Responsibilities include:\nEnsure monthly project deliverables are completed, including delivery plans, status reports, cost reports and meeting agendas\nEstablish project budget and overall project programme to ensure successful delivery in accordance with client requirements\nChair weekly project meetings and prepare PCG (Project Control Group) reports and RFP (Request for Proposal)\nBe involved with value engineering, buildability analysis and critically review design and documentation to maximise outcomes\nContract administration of all vendors in a professional manner\nRepresent the best interests of the client from inception to completion of projects\nSeek possible opportunities to include other JLL business lines\nFoster relationships with existing clients to increase JLL’s profile and exposure\nCreate an environment where all team members are encouraged and motivated to contribute\nMaintain positive relationships will all stakeholders and communicate via actions and example\nSeek advice and collaborate with senior staff in exploring solutions to problems which may arise\nSounds like you?
