Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.\nWhat this job involves:\nMust be able to work in a fast-track environment with a proven record of supporting the delivery of technical projects within data centre or critical facility construction\nClient facing role, assisting in reporting project progress to senior members of the client team and stakeholders at relevant stages of the project\nSupportive leadership experience in Engineering / Construction field, acting as a key coordination point on the owner's behalf under the direction of the Project Manager\nExperience in supporting the delivery of medium to large sized data centre construction or fit-out projects\nStrong understanding of engineering design and operational aspects of mission critical facilities and infrastructure systems (e.g. power, cooling, security, BMS)\nSupport project delivery within the framework of environmental, sustainability, health and safety while maintaining focus on time, cost, quality and risk management\nIdentify early warnings and assist the client and project team to suggest and implement appropriate risk mitigation measures\nAssist in managing project cost tracking, change management process and verify contractor invoices based on work done on site\nSupport schedule coordination and cut-over / integration works, and liaise with the operations and facilities teams during handover phases\nA snapshot of the role:\nReview and get familiarized with all related project design & contract documentation, contractor submissions, procurement documents and tender packages, shop drawings, RFIs, etc. for new build and/or fit out of Data Centre infrastructure and construction projects in Taichung\nOrganize and attend all relevant project review meetings, site meetings, design meetings and other project relevant discussions.\nProvide regular reports to the Client, including photos and comments on the site QA/QC process.\nContract Documentation support.\nVerify the contractor’s request for change orders under supervision.\nVerify the contractor’s payment request, construction progress, etc. with input from site leads.\nCoordinate the review of shop drawings from contractors with consultant’s design documentation.\nPrepare Project Update material for client and contractor meetings.\nUpdating the Project Cost Status report monthly with guidance.\nCoordinate and follow up all comments from internal stakeholders.\nReview submissions and RFI/RFP from contractors and responses from design team and internal partner team\nTracking of work status which needs follow up actions.\nConduct regular site checks on installation method, workmanship and quality assurance process of consultants & contractors for the entire fit out work from start till handover e.g. Early Site Access (ESA), Facilities Ready (FR), Security Ready (SCR)\nOther administrative works as required.\nSound like you?
