Reporting directly to the Americas Regional Lead, this role drives consistent project delivery, financial governance in e-Builder, risk mitigation, and milestone protection across a high-volume portfolio of office fit-outs, tenant improvements, building refreshes, and infrastructure upgrades. This role provides central cluster governance and client alignment while directing local on-the-ground project management support teams, general contractors, and technical consultants across 12 to 15 concurrent capital projects representing $20M to $60M in annual portfolio spend.\nYour Day-to-Day Tasks Will Include\nOverseeing day-to-day capital project execution across assigned Americas sub-regions, enforcing standardized playbooks, safety protocols, and governance guardrails\nServing as the primary operational escalation point for local site PMs, general contractors, and A&E consultants\nEnforcing full data integrity across Monthly Cost Reports, Value of Work Done tracking, and depreciation bucket allocations\nReviewing change orders, potential change orders, and contingency drawdowns prior to submitting verified requests for client Project Executive sign-off\nSafeguarding critical schedule dependencies between Contractor Handover and First Day of Business to protect operational readiness\nMaintaining live Universal Risk Registers and CRAID logs to proactively detect critical path delays, permitting bottlenecks, and long-lead procurement risks\nDriving strict vendor closeout compliance, ensuring full financial reconciliation, O&M manual uploads, and punch-list completion within 90 calendar days of Project Delivery Complete\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration\n5 to 8+ years of progressive project management experience in corporate interiors, commercial fit-outs, or multi-site capital programs (7 to 10+ years for P3-level consideration)\nProficiency in e-Builder, MS Project or Primavera P6, financial cost reporting, and contract administration\nDemonstrated experience managing concurrent capital projects ranging from $250K to $10M in individual spend\nStrong understanding of change order and contingency management processes, including client sign-off workflows\nExperience partnering with general contractors, A&E consultants, and local on-the-ground project teams\nWorking knowledge of financial closeout processes, including reconciliation, O&M documentation, and punch-list management\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience operating within a two-tiered delivery model, balancing cluster-level oversight with local execution teams\nFamiliarity with lease administration concepts, including Landlord consent requirements and Tenant Improvement Allowance collections\nWorking knowledge of risk governance tools such as Universal Risk Registers or CRAID logs\nExposure to municipal permitting processes and long-lead equipment procurement planning\nBasic understanding of SOX-related financial controls and accrual reporting in a capital projects context\nExperience collaborating with Brokerage and Transaction teams on capital and lease alignment\nFamiliarity with corporate real estate portfolio management across multiple regional markets, including LATAM\nThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
