In this role, you will utilize your technical expertise and organizational skills to guide projects from conceptual design through to successful execution and closeout. What sets JLL apart is our culture of collaboration, locally and across the globe, and you will experience this firsthand as you partner with diverse teams and stakeholders to bring inspiring workspaces to life.\nWhat your day-to-day will look lik e:\nSupport all aspects of corporate interior projects under the direction of a Senior Project Manager, including programming, design, bidding, permitting, and closeout.\nCoordinate and conduct regular project site visits to validate construction progress and ensure quality standards are met.\nRead construction plans to proactively identify potential areas of concern or hidden costs prior to contract execution.\nPrepare detailed weekly reviews of project activities, identifying and communicating risks early while providing strategic solutions.\nReview and process project budgets, vendor proposals, change orders, and invoices within JLL financial systems to confirm accuracy.\nMaintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, financial reports, progress updates, and lien waivers.\nServe as a key liaison between the accounting department and the design and construction teams to process daily financial transactions.\nBuild and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.\nDevelop and implement project management strategies, leveraging more innovative ways of working to enhance efficiency and productivity.\nRequired qualifications:\nFive or more years of experience in construction, with a strong focus on Corporate Interiors and/or project accounting.\nFirm knowledge of the construction, architecture, or commercial real estate industry.\nProven track record of successfully supporting complex projects from inception to completion.\nStrong leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.\nExcellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nStrong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office products.\nAbility to travel for project-related meetings and site visits, as needed.\nAvailability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for approved overtime.\nPreferred qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a related field such as Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.\nExperience supporting large, complex Corporate Interiors projects for financial services clients.\nProfessional credentials or certifications such as PMP, LEED, AIA, or PE.\nStrong financial acumen with experience in budget development and forecasting.\nThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
