Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.\nPOSITION GOALS\nTo provide Engineering support to the Facilities Management team at assigned Facilities.\nTo ensure timely and accurate completion FM reports pertaining to assigned Facilities\nTo achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs at (Client) with highest standards and ensure energy conservation practices:\nTo ensure that the facility adheres to all relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards pertaining to equipment maintenance, safety, and environmental requirements.\nTo assist the Site Facility Manager in managing M&E scope of the projects to ensure the quality and deliverables with in the stipulated time;\nTo assist in providing comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management for technical services to the client;\nContribute to achieving financial and other targets established by the Site Facility Manager.\nAchieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements targets.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nSupport the Site Facility Manager in managing the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations & all Civil maintenance within the facility;\nResponsible for preparation of critical spares list for all installations as per manufacturer’s recommendations and plan for the inventory where the maintenance is carried out with in-house teams;\nImplement and oversee the pre-emptive maintenance programme to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment;\nAssist the Site Facility Manager to review the maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver safe and quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations.\nMaintain the logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for all M & E installations;\nManage Downtime/ Breakdowns;\nArrange for ad-hoc M&E set ups as per the client requirement from time to time;\nEnsure the contractors follow the house rules at all times and the projects are handled with minimum inconvenience to the Client;\nAssist the Site Facility Manager in asset management and budget planning & control related to M&E.\nResponsible to handle the site independently on all Engineering related matters;\nReporting:\nResponsible for daily reporting on M & E to the Site Facility Manager; Generate Service maintenance reports on office equipment’s.\nGenerate Inventory and Purchasing of spares and consumables;\nGenerate Downtime and breakdown incident reports.\nGenerate utility consumption and cost analysis reports.\nEMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS\nGraduate in any discipline.\n3 - 7 years experience in facilities management\nTertiary qualifications in either Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering essential;\nProven ability to function effectively as part of a team\nProven ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives.\nKEY PERFORMANCE\nMEASURES\nOverall client satisfaction by achieving SLA targets\nTimely resolution of helpdesk complaints\nEffective team coordination of direct and vendor staff for efficient service delivery\nLocation:\nOn-site -Mumbai, MHScheduled Weekly Hours:\n48If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
