This role needs to manage directly/indirectly the shifts technician and to be responsible that the tasks will be implements on time. This role will be a member of the Site Leadership Team reporting to the Area manager.\nResponsibilities:\nLead change management activities across all basic operation areas associated with innovation, quality, safety and efficiency.\nCreate a strong working relationship with the client and vendors\nDrive Key changes and continuous improvement in site basic operations systems and procedures. \nDirect and plan the development of objectives, long range plans, budgets and standards of the service to the client\nWorking according relevant procedure and update them if needed.\nEnsure that the JLL site Team and engineering functions are following all EHS regulations and to champion a “Safety First” culture within the facility..\nProvide engineering resources that will align with the site existing shift structure\nPlan, develop and maintain the quality plan for all shifts team\nProvide planning, scheduling, and estimating services required for maintenance (PM/CM/Ops) being implemented.\nDevelopment of Strategy for onboarding of new mechanical operations and maintenance programme, to ensure IFM programme is successful and delivered to client timeline and budget\nManage operational spend, tracking, monthly reporting, and forecasting.\nSupervise the works of Multiple teams.\nProvide leadership in effective communications, training, and development of department staff consistent with JLL leadership practices and values.\nMaintain competency in the latest techniques (RCM/SIX SIGMA) for project management and mechanical technology as applied to plant operation.\nEnsure quality and performance indicators are met consistently\nRequirements:\nExcellent Client relationship and knowledge of IFM Operation and self-starter skill\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience in a multi-functional maintenance and operations role especially in chemical plants\nChemical or mechanical engineer qualifications\nStrong leadership skills a proven track record with success in leading a medium/large chemical plant\nProven ability to influence and effectively manage high demands in an environment with limited resources\nMust be able to organise and prioritise tasks, must be detail orientated and self- motivated\nAgile learner, excellent interpersonal skills and results obtained.· Ability to manage teams and deliver on KPI’s\nGreat computer skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, etc\nHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail\nAbility to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively\nAbility to make decisions and take necessary actions\nGood analytical skills and ability to think logically to problem solve.
