Your primary focus will be managing the holistic \"Smart Systems\" ecosystem-integrating BMS, LMS, and IoT technologies into a centralized cloud platform to drive operational eff iciency and sustainability. Acting as the technical bridge between Facility Management and IT, you will ensure strict adherence to Client Digital Building Standards, oversee cybersecurity compliance, and manage the full lifecycle of digital assets from hardware deployment to data-driven performance optimization.\nWhat your day-to-day will look like:\nDrive Digital Strategy: Implement frameworks and policies to advance the \"Smart Building\" portfolio, ensuring all systems meet Client Digital Building standards.\nSystem Integration: Oversee the onboarding of buildings to the BOS platform, including ontology mapping, data validation, and the seamless integration of BMS and IoT devices.\nPerformance Optimization: Analyze real-time operational data to identify inefficiencies, recommending solutions that enhance energy performance and reduce costs.\nProject & Vendor Management: Lead system enhancement projects and coordinate with OEMs/vendors for hardware upgrades, software integration, and defect resolution.\nCybersecurity & Infrastructure: Manage building ICT networks and ensure strict cyber compliance for all connected devices and digital assets.\nTechnical Support: Act as the primary escalation point for troubleshooting BOS integration issues, ensuring the resiliency and uptime of critical equipment.\nAsset Management: Regularly audit and manage the inventory of all digital hardware, software, and associated licensing.\nDesired or preferred experience and technical skills:\nEducation & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT with a minimum of 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a specialized BOS, BMS, or Smart Building role.\nSmart Building Expertise: Deep understanding of IoT ecosystems, cloud integration, and BOS platform technology stacks (e.g., Clearblade, UDMI, Data Ontology).\nBuilding Systems Knowledge: Strong technical grasp of BMS, HVAC, Lighting (LMS), and Fire Alarm Systems, including how devices communicate to the cloud.\nNetwork Proficiency: Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and network protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and KNX.\nData & Analytics: Experience with data mapping, database management (SQL is a plus), and visualization tools like Power BI to drive data-driven decisions.\nProject Management: Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, coordinate with OEMs/vendors, and oversee system handovers.\nDigital Proficiency: Advanced literacy in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or MS Off ice, with the ability to create high-quality technical presentations.\nRequired Skills and Experience:\nEducation & Professional Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or Information Technology is preferred; however, we strongly encourage applicants with equivalent practical experience and relevant certifications to apply.\nIndustry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with a specific focus on smart building technologies, BMS integration, or facility IT operations.\nCore Technical Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in the BOS technology stack, including IoT device integration, cloud communication (e.g., Clearblade, UDMI), and data ontology mapping.\nSystems Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC, and Lighting Control Systems, including familiarity with standard protocols like BACnet, Modbus, and KNX.\nData & Analytics: Ability to work with database concepts and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL) to interpret complex operational data.\nProject & Vendor Management: Proven experience managing technical projects, overseeing OEM vendors, and coordinating system deployments in a live facility environment.\nCybersecurity Awareness: Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles as they apply to Operational Technology (OT) and IoT networks.\nLocation:\nOn-site -Hyderabad, TSScheduled Weekly Hours:\n48If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
