We’d like to know because at JLL, we make your ambitions our business.\nAnd if you have ambitions in Engineering, join us to be inspired by the best.\n________________________________________\nWhat this job involves:\nTo provide Engineering support to the Facilities Management team at assigned Facilities.\nTo ensure timely and accurate completion FM reports pertaining to assigned Facilities\nTo achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs at (Client) with highest standards and ensure energy conservation practices\nAssist the Chief Engineer in managing M&E scope of the projects to ensure the quality and deliverables with in the stipulated time\nAssist in providing comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management for technical services to the client\nContribute to achieving financial and other targets established by the Senior Facilities Manager\nAchieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements targets\nOperations :\nSupport the Chief Engineer in managing the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations & all Civil maintenance within the facility;\nResponsible for preparation of critical spares list for all installations as per manufacturer’s recommendations and plan for the inventory where the maintenance is carried out with in-house teams;\nImplement and oversee the pre-emptive maintenance program to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment;\nAssist the Chief Engineer to review the maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations;\nMaintain the logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for all M & E installations;\nManage Downtime/ Breakdowns;\nArrange for ad-hoc M&E set ups as per the client requirement from time to time;\nEnsure the contractors follow the house rules at all times and the projects are handled with minimum inconvenience to the Client;\nAssume AFM responsibilities if need arises;\nResponsible to handle the shifts independently on all Engineering related matters\nReporting\nResponsible for daily reporting on M & E to the Chief Engineer\nGenerate Service maintenance reports on office equipment’s\nGenerate Inventory and Purchasing of spares and consumables\nGenerate Downtime and breakdown incident reports.\nKey Performances Measurements\nAchievement of Contracted Service Levels and Performance Indicators.\nAchievement of contracted Customer Satisfaction expectations.\nManagement of resource to ensure no disruption to client business.\nAchievement of savings initiatives if any.\nDelivery of Agreed Initiatives as per Client / Jones Lang LaSalle Initiatives Road Map\nAchievement of performance goals as agreed with manager\n________________________________________\nSound like the job you’re looking for?
