Location: Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya/Pathum Thani, Thailand
Purpose: Ensure regulatory compliance and deliver accurate, timely reporting on all facility operations, performance metrics, and compliance obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards
- Coordinate regulatory inspections and manage relationships with authorities
- Maintain compliance calendars and ensure timely renewals of permits and licenses
- Develop and manage reporting frameworks for operational performance
- Prepare management reports including uptime, incidents, and KPIs
- Conduct compliance audits and implement corrective action plans
- Maintain compliance documentation and evidence libraries
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Track and report on SLA performance and client commitments
- Implement compliance management systems and tools
- Provide compliance training and awareness programs
Job Specification
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years in compliance, regulatory affairs, or audit roles
- Experience in data center or critical infrastructure environments preferred
- Knowledge of Thai regulatory framework for industrial facilities
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
- Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to interpret regulations and technical standards
Certifications (Preferred):
- ISO Internal Auditor (9001/14001/45001)
- Compliance or Risk Management certification
Language:
- Fluent in Thai and English
