Working under the guidance of senior project leadership, you will contribute to project delivery through coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Leveraging the Project Delivery Services (PDS) platform, you will help drive projects from initiation through completion while building your expertise in pharmaceutical and life sciences facilities management.\nThis is a mid-level role reporting to Senior Project Manager/Project Director. Candidates with 15+ years of experience or senior leadership backgrounds may find this role junior to their current level.\nKey Responsibilities\nClient Relationships\nSupport client satisfaction through effective coordination and delivery of Facility Management services.\nBuild working relationships with clients through accountability and consistent service delivery.\nAssist in ensuring compliance with GMP and non-GMP contractual requirements and KPIs.\nContribute to quality service delivery aligned with client expectations.\nTeam Collaboration\nWork collaboratively within a high-performance team environment.\nSupport JLL's ethical and cultural standards in all interactions.\nPromote safety culture across all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and vendors.\nProject Delivery & Operations\n Support Project Delivery Services (PDS) and GAP projects to ensure facility operations in a GxP environment.\nEnsure activities and documentation comply with Good Documentation Practices (GDP), quality standards, and SOPs.\nAssist in developing project plans and budgets in coordination with facility, project, and construction managers.\nSupport procurement, labor coordination, and execution to meet schedule and budget requirements.\nPrepare and maintain project status reports, financial tracking, and documentation for compliance.\nServe as a point of contact for assigned GAP-related project activities.\nAssist in feasibility assessments, scope definition, cost estimates, and milestone schedules.\nManage RFIs, scope changes, and project documentation following scope freeze.\nSupport compliance with EHS, regulatory requirements, and applicable standards.\nMonitor on-site work to ensure adherence to schedules and GxP/EHS requirements.\nAssist in developing RFPs and managing vendor/contractor selection and performance.\nSupport delivery of project phases including planning, design, construction, commissioning, and close-out.\nTrack budgets, review invoices, and assist in managing financial variances.\nHelp implement and track project performance metrics.\nContribute to business continuity initiatives and overall site performance.\nQualifications\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.\n 1-5 years of project management or project coordination experience.\nExperience in commercial, institutional, or industrial projects (pharmaceutical/biotech/life sciences experience is a plus but not required).\nWorking knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.\nAbility to manage small to mid-sized projects (typically $50M-$200K) or support larger initiatives as part of a project team.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.\nPreferred:\nFamiliarity with GMP-regulated environments or willingness to learn.\nExperience with CAD systems (AutoCAD, Revit) or project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).\nUnderstanding of engineering and building systems (mechanical, electrical, structural).\n Working toward professional certification (PMP, LEED AP, or similar) is a plus.\nNot Required:\nProfessional registration (PE, RA) is not required for this role.\nThis is not a senior leadership, principal-level, or design-lead position.\nTypical Project Scope\nProjects ranging from $50K to $200K in value.\nTenant improvements, lab fit-outs, building renovations, and small capital projects.\nNot responsible for managing entire multi-building campus developments or $100M+ programs.\nWork Environment\nAbility to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.\nCapability to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, reaching, and accessing equipment.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.\nSite-based role with regular presence at client facilities.\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompetitive salary commensurate with experience 105K-$125K\nComprehensive benefits package\nProfessional development opportunities\nThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
