To maintain concise records of all maintenance activities including \nPPM/Helpdesk and transactions. To liaise daily with client representatives and \nsupport the contract managers. \nTo administer all financial and commercial aspects of the contracts. \nTo assist in the production of supporting financial information. \nTo maintain and update both manual and computer records relating to areas of which Integral are responsible. \nTo prepare and issue predefined reports, which form part of the contracts and customers requirement. \nTo administer quality management system documentation and ensure compliance. \nLiaise closely with the site teams and head office, ensuring accurate processing of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, time sheets and holiday records. \nTo undertake general office duties relating to the contract including but not limited to: \nCorrespondence and filing \nMinutes of meetings \nPreparation of reports and documentation \nUpdating of electronic records \nMaterial ordering and administration \nSubcontractor’s administration \nRaising purchase orders and ensuring that purchase orders are updated when changes required. \nProduction of valuations and presentation of results \nProduction of short-range plan information \nQuote logging and processing \nCollating timesheets from engineers, chasing and checking quality of data \nContract set-up (PPM / System support) \nApplication billing preparation \nContract escalation process \nTo support, arrange for and undertake the training of staff as and when required. \nTo enable full auditable trails with for example but not limited to Invoices, timesheets, material orders and goods received notes.\nLocation:\nOn-site -London, GBRIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
