This position focuses on accurate data entry, record keeping, process execution, and maintaining 100% audit-ready records to ensure compliant, smooth and efficient training operations. This role supports Learners to stay compliant with training and supports the integrity of the training data. Working largely autonomously, this individual performs duties according to established procedures and is responsible for maintaining the foundational data integrity of our learning systems.\nOpportunity to perform additional responsibilities and projects assigned by management to meet evolving business needs.\nKey responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:\nTraining Administration & Data Entry\nProcess training records by performing accurate and timely data entry into the Learning Management System (LMS).\nMaintain digital training files and documentation, ensuring they are organized and accessible according to established procedures.\nAssist with user account maintenance, including creating new user profiles and processing routine account updates.\nSupport the assignment of training curricula by processing requests based on predefined rules and instructions.\nCustomer Service minded\nReporting & System Support\nGenerate and distribute standard KPI reports according to contractual client timelines, using pre-existing templates.\nLog and escalate LMS user support tickets and system issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.\nPerform basic data quality checks on reports before distribution to ensure accuracy of information pulled from the system.\nCoordination & Material Support\n· Provide administrative support for training materials, such as formatting documents, printing, and file organization.\n· Distribute standard communications and follow up with managers and individuals on outstanding training until it is complete, using pre-defined templates.\n· Assist in coordinating logistics for training sessions, including managing calendar invitations and preparing participant lists.\n· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support team and organizational objectives.\nKey Qualifications & Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Life Sciences, or a related field\nFormal training in instructional design and adult learning principles\nExperience in a Life Sciences corporate environment\nStrong customer service and compliance-focused mindset\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)\nIntermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Lookups\nFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and databases\nBasic understanding of training, learning, or HR functions\nKnowledge of Life Sciences Good Practices and regulatory requirements\nStrong data entry, reporting, and analytical capabilities\nExcellent organizational, time management, and administrative skills\nEffective written and verbal communication skills in English\nAbility to follow established processes and work with moderate supervision\nComfortable learning and using new digital and AI tools\nProactive, adaptable, and growth-oriented mindset\nWillingness to work shifting or rotating schedules\nExperience supporting global teams or regions is an advantage\n** Internal applicants must have at least one year of tenure in their current role or service line, no policy infractions within the past six months, and a consistent Strong or Exceptional performance rating.\nLocation:\n-Taguig, Philippines\nIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
