Coordonnateur(trice), Maintenance et Support Logistiques - JLL

Ce que ce poste implique :

En tant que Coordinateur(trice) de Maintenance et Support Logistiques, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de nos activités de maintenance et de logistique. Vous serez responsable de coordonner et maintenir les attributs reliés aux services de la maintenance et d'apporter assistance aux opérations d'expédition/réception et magasin. Ce poste est essentiel pour soutenir notre excellence opérationnelle et contribuer à l'engagement de JLL à offrir un service client exceptionnel. Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec diverses équipes pour assurer un flux de matériel efficace et soutenir les activités d'expansion des affaires.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :

• Fournir support et assistance aux services de logistique

• Gérer le système de GMAO (MAXIMO)

• Assister à la planification des travaux

• Gérer les inventaires et les opérations de magasin

• Fournir le support administratif à l'équipe

• Créer et archiver les rapports

• Participer et effectuer les suivis des achats

• Assurer les conformités en lien avec les BPF (Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication)

• Mettre en application et maintenir le programme de Santé et Sécurité

Qualifications requises :

• Maîtrise de l'utilisation d'équipements de manutention (transpalette, chariot élévateur, etc.)

• Bilinguisme français et anglais (écrit et parlé)

• Bonne condition physique pour la manutention de pièces lourdes et de matériaux en toute sécurité

• Ponctuel, fiable et capable de maintenir une assiduité régulière

Qualifications préférées :

• Familiarité avec les systèmes d'expédition FedEx et autres plateformes de transporteurs

• Expérience dans la manipulation de matières dangereuses et connaissance des réglementations de transport pour le Canada

• Connaissance des outils de gestion d'inventaire et des meilleures pratiques

• À l'aise avec les technologies informatiques et l'apprentissage de nouveaux logiciels

• Expérience dans le soutien aux processus d'achat et d'approvisionnement

• Expérience de base en entretien ou soutien aux installations

• Capacité démontrée à travailler efficacement dans un contexte de travail d'équipe

Maintenance and Logistics Support Coordinator - JLL

What this job involves:

As a Maintenance and Logistics Support Coordinator, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance and logistics activities. You will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining attributes related to maintenance services and providing assistance to shipping/receiving and warehouse operations. This position is essential to support our operational excellence and contribute to JLL's commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You will work collaboratively with various teams to ensure efficient material flow and support business expansion activities.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Provide support and assistance to logistics services

• Manage the CMMS system (MAXIMO)

• Assist with work planning and scheduling

• Manage inventories and warehouse operations

• Provide administrative support to the team

• Create and archive reports

• Participate in and follow up on purchasing activities

• Ensure compliance related to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)

• Implement and maintain the Health and Safety program

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in operating material handling equipment (pallet jack, forklift, etc.)

• Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)

• Good physical condition for safely handling heavy parts and materials

  • Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain regular attendance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with FedEx shipping systems and other carrier platforms

• Experience handling hazardous materials and knowledge of Canadian transportation regulations

• Knowledge of inventory management tools and best practices

• Comfortable with computer technologies and learning new software

• Experience supporting purchasing and procurement processes

• Basic experience in maintenance or facilities support

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
