Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.\nResponsibilities:\nEnsure site operations, including incident management and escalation in accordance with approved Client/JLL procedures.\nPlan, assign and supervise planned and reactive activities utilizing the CMMS platform.\nTo check on site repair and maintenance carried out by subcontractors to ensure work completion.\nEnsure the implementation of safe systems on site activities. \nImplement regular inspections of the facility on energy conservation, maintenance practices, utility management and risk management procedures.\nCo-ordinate meetings periodically with contractors to ensure that required standards are established and maintained, and develop corrective action plans when, or if performance falls below\nProvide training to on-site teams on equipment operational procedures, including emergency procedures and requirements.\nCo-ordinate and maintain the site asset database, provide updates in accordance with CMMS requirements.\nPrepare and provide input to the site’s monthly reporting for client.\nEnsure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards.\nEnsure all safety procedures, including Crisis Management/ Business Continuity and Emergency Procedures are maintained at all times.\nEnsure that maintenance documentation meets the required standards and sufficient information is provided to operate an effective asset management regiment.\nParticipate in site reviews, including maintenance standards, equipment replacement, security, change control, single points of failure, Tier adherence and operational risk.\nTo perform additional tasks as required by the Site Lead.\nDesired experience and technical skills\nApplicants should have valid working status in Local region\nTertiary qualifications in a Electrical or operational engineering discipline.\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in the operation of Electrical services in data centre or critical facility.\nCritical environment experience within similar sized site or operation.\nExperienced with continuous improvement initiatives and preparation of reports.\nFluency in English\nLocation:\nOn-site -Busan, KoreaIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
