We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!\nWhat This Job Involves\nData Center Project Manager\nAs our Data Center Project Manager, you'll serve as the primary client interface, leading project monitoring while identifying risks and proposing solutions. You'll provide comprehensive consultation on construction projects, overseeing technical, planning, economic, quality and health & safety aspects from inception to completion.\nKey Responsibilities:\nConduct feasibility studies covering technical, economic and planning aspects of projects and works \nPlan and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and long lead equipment procurement \nDevelop Project Management Plans (PMP) and define strategic project approaches \nCreate process and purchasing strategies while managing Project and Construction Package tenders \nLead supplier selection processes and present recommendations to clients \nPrepare technical tender documentation, evaluate proposals, conduct comparative analysis and issue award recommendations \nOrganize and facilitate regular project monitoring meetings \nPrepare meeting minutes and periodic progress reports \nControl costs, scheduling, change orders and billing processes \nManage and oversee commissioning of works and facilities \nDesired Skills and Experience\nEssential Requirements:\nDegree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar \nMinimum 4 years' experience in design and construction management of Complex Critical Infrastructures (Hospitals or Data Centers of 5MW minimum capacity) \n10+ years' experience in construction sector (projects and works) \nComprehensive knowledge of laws and regulations relating to mechanical, electrical, water and other installations \nFluency in spoken and written English \nTechnical Skills:\nProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Project/Primavera, TCQ/Presto, and BIM 360 \nStrong analytical capabilities for risk detection and failure point identification \nSolution-oriented approach with proven problem-solving abilities \nLeadership and Communication:\nDemonstrated leadership capacity to achieve objectives and ensure milestone compliance \nCollaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills \nExcellent communication and management skills for multidisciplinary teams \nExperience in client reporting and decision-making processes \nOrganized approach to analysis with structured reporting and information transmission \nStrong prioritization skills and sound judgment in drawing conclusions \nAdditional Qualifications:\nExperience working within companies with hierarchical structures and established internal procedures \nWhat You Can Expect From Us\nWe succeed together and believe the best inspires the best, so we invest in supporting each other, learning together and celebrating our success.\nOur Total Rewards program reflects our commitment to helping you achieve your career ambitions, recognizing your contributions, investing in your well-being and providing competitive benefits and compensation.\nLocation:\nOn-site -Lisbon, PRTJob Tags:\nIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
