The Data Coordinator, a member of the Technology & Data team (UK Agency Leasing), reports to the Data Management Lead.\nThis role will be responsible for capturing, validating, and maintaining the quality of leasing data for their designated area. This is crucial to business operations as it ensures our surveyors have access to reliable, accurate information for client deliverables and strategic decision-making.\nEmbedded within the City and West End agency team, the Data Coordinator will assume responsibility and act as the Data Subject Matter Expert (SME) for their area. They will collaborate with a network of data coordinators from other regions and business areas, supporting each other to enhance the overall quality and management of UK leasing data.\nResponsibilities\nSource and input leasing data from multiple sources; to include (but not limited to) property particulars, investment brochures, email alerts, third-party databases, and market intel gathered from agents (internal and external).\nDevelop own relationships with agents (internal and external), encouraging the seamless flow of market intel into our leasing database (Kato).\nVerify and reconfirm the accuracy and availability of third-party data by calling agents\nRun regular calls with agents to ensure the latest market intel is reflected in our data\nRegularly attend in-person data sharing forums where agents from different agencies share market intel and capture details shared to enrich our leasing database (Kato) \nOwn and monitor the data quality for their allocated area and any corrective actions needed to meet the agreed Data Quality (DQ) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nAct as the Subject matter expert (SME) for third-party leasing data for their allocated area; administer the leasing database, respond to data requests from the business, address any issues or gaps in the data and promote best practices with internal / external stakeholders\nAdhoc reporting and bulk data exercises needed to support the wider data team\nWhere an offshore Data Administrator has been allocated; to act as the point of escalation for queries raised on leasing data and provide guidance and support to improve their data collection processes\nSkills\nAttention to detail and accuracy (manual review and input vast amount of data)\nOrganized, independent, and effective workload management. \nTeam player with excellent communication skills (stakeholder management needed)\nSelf-motivated and able to work on own initiative\nAccountable and able to take ownership of issues and Data quality\nConfident telephone manner; cold calling experience is beneficial\nExperience\nProperty research experience is desirable but not essential\nExperience inputting large amounts of data from Excel\nSQL/Power BI knowledge is beneficial but not essential\nDegree-level education or relevant experience\nBehaviours\nResilient, flexible, reliable, and confident.\nLocation:\nOn-site -London, GBRIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
