brighter way forward.\nJob Description\nMain Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end design delivery and technical coordination for Data Center projects across the APAC region.\nManage project intake activities, technical due diligence (TDD), Owner Project Requirements (OPR) compliance, design schedules, project risks, and technical governance throughout the project lifecycle.\nServe as the primary point of contact for design delivery activities between internal Design & Engineering teams, developers, consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders.\nDrive multi-disciplinary design reviews and stage gate governance across all project milestones, including Basis of Design (BOD), 30%, 65%, 95%, Issued for Construction (IFC), and Issued for Permit (IFP) submissions.\nFacilitate engineering change management and Change Control Board (CCB) processes, assessing scope, cost, schedule, and technical impacts associated with design modifications and specification updates.\nCoordinate technical reviews, stakeholder alignment, and issue resolution to ensure projects progress efficiently despite ambiguity and changing requirements.\nPartner with Planning, Design, Construction, Commissioning, and Operations teams to manage technical handoffs and maintain project continuity.\nManage project governance activities, including meeting coordination, review tracking, risk logs, action item management, developer accounts, and project collaboration platforms.\nDrive developer and consultant engagement to ensure compliance with technical requirements, project standards, and design specifications.\nIdentify, escalate, and communicate critical technical, schedule, cost, and execution risks to leadership and key stakeholders.\nDaily Work Tasks\nLead design delivery coordination meetings with developers, consultants, engineering teams, and project stakeholders.\nReview technical submittals and design deliverables at key stage gates to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.\nTrack project schedules, risks, actions, decisions, and change requests across assigned projects.\nFacilitate Change Control Board (CCB) reviews and document impacts associated with engineering and design modifications.\nCoordinate technical due diligence activities and validate project readiness requirements.\nReview compliance matrices and engineering documentation to ensure alignment with Owner Project Requirements (OPR) and baseline specifications.\nManage project collaboration tools, stakeholder access, developer accounts, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environments, project repositories, and related documentation systems.\nSupport project reporting activities by maintaining action logs, risk registers, meeting records, and project dashboards.\nPartner with Planning, Design, and Construction teams to coordinate technical handovers between project phases.\nPrepare executive summaries and escalation materials for leadership review basis\nStrong understanding of data center design, engineering, and construction delivery processes.\nExcellent technical program management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.\nProven experience driving project execution in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.\nStrong understanding of engineering design review processes and project stage gate governance.\nAbility to identify cross-functional impacts resulting from design changes and drive resolution across multiple disciplines.\nStrong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence teams without direct authority.\nAbility to facilitate collaboration between developers, design consultants, engineering teams, and construction stakeholders.\nStrong organizational and project planning skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nAbility to distill complex technical issues into concise communications for leadership and executive audiences.\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in technical program management, engineering, construction management, design delivery, or mission-critical infrastructure projects.\nExperience supporting large-scale data center, industrial, infrastructure, or mission-critical facility programs.\nDemonstrated experience managing complex engineering design processes and cross-functional project execution.\nExperience with Change Control Board (CCB) governance, technical reviews, risk management, and project controls.\nStrong understanding of design documentation, project lifecycle management, and engineering workflows.\nExperience working with project collaboration platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Procore, Asana, SharePoint, or equivalent systems.\nAdvanced proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.\nProven experience coordinating stakeholders across planning, design, construction, and operational teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience delivering hyperscale data center projects.\nExperience managing projects through design, construction, commissioning, and operational handover phases.\nFamiliarity with Owner Project Requirements (OPR), Basis of Design (BOD), and technical governance frameworks.\nExperience working with external developers, engineering consultants, and multi-disciplinary project teams.\nProfessional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management credentials.\nKnowledge of mission-critical infrastructure, electrical, mechanical, civil,
