This role provides technical expertise and strategic leadership across all JLL facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving the continued development of the organization's EHS culture and training programs.\nYour day-to-day tasks will include:\nLead the development and refinement of JLL's EHS culture and training programs on the account\nProvide technical expertise and strategic leadership on regulatory compliance issues across all JLL facilities\nManage and provide EHS oversight, trending factors and indicators to account and Client leadership on a monthly basis\nSupport the HSSE Vertical and EHS Americas leaders in rolling out new compliance and best management practices programs\nManage OSHA 301/300 recordkeeping requirements and serve as Account Administrator for the JLL AIMS system\nLead or support investigations of serious safety events, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions\nCollaborate with other JLL EHS managers to share and learn best practices across client accounts\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment:\nTravel to multiple facility locations as needed for site visits and inspections\nAbility to conduct facility walk-throughs and safety inspections\nMay require lifting and carrying of safety equipment and materials\nOccasional exposure to various industrial environments and conditions\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of EHS experience and education\nMinimum 8 years of experience managing an EHS program\nSupervisory experience with demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and train staff\nProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nWorking knowledge of relevant current EHS legislation and regulations\nPractical working knowledge of Health and Safety tools and techniques, ideally within a Facilities Management environment\nStrong presentation skills to deliver specialist advice at all levels\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster's degree in relevant field\nGeneral Industry OSHA 10/30 Hour Instructor certification\nOSHA certification or applicable certifications (CHM, CSHM, CIH, CSP, CEP)\nExperience in Facilities Management environment\nStrong organizational skills and collaborative management style\nAbility to conduct audits and gather objective evidence through observation and interviews\nEvidence of strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish credibility with senior management\nThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
