Act as an individual contributor coordinating closely with internal and external teams to drive safety culture and continuous improvement.\nKey Responsibilities:\nRead, understand, and implement the Data Centre Client at Airoli's OHSE framework at the ground/site level\nPrepare Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) for various site activities and update operations HIRA periodically\nWork cooperatively with internal and external teams to complete tasks and implement process improvements\nCreate, enact, and update job safety programs for employees in line with government health and safety regulations\nRepresent safety function during customer visits and audits at the site level\nEnsure correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is used and enforced at site\nMaintain statutory compliance for EHS at the site level\nInvestigate and record near-miss incidents and safety incidents, including detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA)\nMaintain periodic EHS MIS and share reports with Site Manager/DC Manager\nTrack all safety observations through to closure\nConduct risk assessments and drive continuous improvement initiatives\nOrganize and run training programs, safety week/month campaigns, and awareness drives\nSupport the EHS Manager in rolling out site-wide safety initiatives and compliance requirements for the Data Centre Client at Airoli\nQualifications:\nGraduate engineer in Electrical or Mechanical stream with minimum 4-5 years of experience in relevant EHS domain\nPreferred: Government-approved courses and certifications in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent)\nAwareness of ISO certifications such as QMS, ITSM, ISMS, BCMS, EnMS, EMS, OHSE etc.\nStrong coordination and communication skills to work effectively across internal and external stakeholders\nSound understanding of HIRA preparation, incident investigation, and RCA methodologies\nWorking knowledge of statutory EHS compliance requirements\nAbility to work independently as an individual contributor while supporting team-wide safety objectives\nProactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement and process enhancement\nLocation:\nOn-site -Mumbai, MHScheduled Weekly Hours:\n48Job Tags:\nIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
