The role will focus on compliance, audits, inspections, training, incident reporting, and promoting a strong safety culture.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport implementation of EHS policies, procedures, and standards across the site.\nConduct routine safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.\nMonitor compliance with statutory, environmental, and occupational health & safety requirements.\nAssist in maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.\nReport, investigate, and track incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.\nCoordinate emergency preparedness activities and mock drills.\nDeliver EHS inductions, awareness sessions, and toolbox talks.\nMonitor waste management, environmental compliance, and sustainability initiatives.\nMaintain EHS records, reports, permits, and documentation.\nWork closely with facility management teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure safe operations.\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.\n3+ years of EHS experience in corporate offices, commercial buildings, facilities management, or workplace operations.\nGood understanding of Indian EHS regulations and compliance requirements.\nPreferred Certifications\nNEBOSH IGC\nDiploma in Industrial Safety\nISO 45001 Lead Auditor\nISO 14001 Lead Auditor\nSkills\nKnowledge of EHS compliance and audits\nIncident investigation and risk assessment\nStrong communication and stakeholder management\nGood reporting and documentation skills\nProficiency in MS Office\nLocation:\nOn-site -Hyderabad, TSScheduled Weekly Hours:\n48Job Tags:\nIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
