This role requires strong knowledge of EHS regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders. The EHS Manager will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with EHS regulations, promoting a safe work environment, and supporting the implementation of EHS policies and procedures.\nResponsibilities:\nManage the environmental health and safety (EHS) programs for the client account, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand their EHS needs, goals, and objectives.\nImplement and enforce EHS policies and procedures, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.\nConduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to EHS standards.\nEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to environmental health and safety.\nDevelop and deliver EHS training programs to educate employees on safe practices and regulatory requirements.\nInvestigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.\nPrepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required.\nMaintain EHS documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.\nPromote awareness and engagement in EHS practices among employees and contractors.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into business operations and projects.\nStay informed about EHS regulations, best practices, and emerging trends, implementing relevant updates.\nFoster a culture of safety and environmental stewardship, promoting EHS initiatives and engagement among employees.\nVerify accuracy and integrity of EHS-related data and documentation, ensuring appropriate controls and reporting mechanisms are in place.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications are preferred.\nProven experience in environmental health and safety management, preferably in a corporate or real estate setting.\nStrong knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.\nExcellent understanding of EHS principles and compliance requirements.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate EHS risks.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.\nAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nKnowledge of real estate or property management industry is a plus.\nThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
