The role will be accountable for the Hard Services delivery and provide leadership to all sites across the region, ensuring delivery of their objectives and the implementation of property-specific operating strategies that achieve the required standards.\nThe EMEA Regional Engineering Director will work closely with both the account and local client team, responding to requests in a timely and detail-oriented manner. Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to both internal and external clients and key stakeholders.\nWhat your day to day will look like:\nLead Hard Services Management across the cluster (budgets, schedules, procurement, quality & risk, statutory compliance and governance)\nDevelop and implement consistent maintenance management practices across sites. Lead service partners and teams in driving performance and best practice to ensure exceptional service delivery\nProvide technical support for client’s leased space as required\nLead sourcing in the area of regional contracts for technical products or services. Support JLL and client’s business pursuits\nAccountable for the JLL Engineering Operations Audit program\nDrive and deliver innovative cost reduction or sustainability programs\nDeliver improvement strategies using quantifiable data driven information from all available technology platforms\nWork with the account EMEA Sustainability Manager to identify energy management best practices and innovations that are applicable within the Client account\nAccountable for all engineering budgets within the UK portfolio working with the site facilities managers and forecasts and in accordance to the financial timetable\nLead the UK engineering function in support of all client accreditations and certifications (e.g. Client ISO50001, ISO550001 certification)\nCommunicate regularly with the Client team to build and maintain relationships and work with key business partners and cross functional groups\nManage internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key\nPerformance Indicators to ensure contractual commitments are met or exceeded\nPromote high level of customer service to ensure and drive best practices\nEnsure business continuity plans are carried out as required to maintain minimum service disruption\nOther duties as requested by the EMEA Account Director in order to meet the changing needs and demands of the business\nAll the time working in accordance with health and safety measures and promoting best practice amongst colleagues, contractors and vendors\nConduct risk assessments and follow safety protocols, keeping up to date with latest legislation and trends\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nYou have direct experience in delivering technical Facilities Management services within a fast paced, high profile environment\nYou have worked in a similar role and have skills to lead and influence others including virtual teams \nYou have a track record in the management of Hard Services, preferably in both self-delivered and outsourced engineering services contracts\nYou have experience in financial management and budgeting, identifying cost savings/avoidance \nYou are able to build and maintain positive client relations and network at all levels\nYou are able to audit your own work\nYou are open and have good communication skills \nYou are proficient with Word and Excel and have a keen interest in technology You strive for excellence in what you do and share ideas for improvement\nYou are organized, work efficiently and can meet tight deadlines with professionalism and service focused approach \nYou are adaptable to work to requests and projects that may vary\nYou have a Technical or/and Authorised Person (preferred) qualifications\nLocation:\nRemote -London, GBRIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
