This role will be responsible for managing daily hard and soft facilities operations in the Singapore office, including close collaboration with building landlord and client’s pantries partners.\nYou’ll work in close partnership with Workplace Experience Manager, Engineering team, Senior Facilities Manager (Site Lead) and the client’s real estate team, contributing to the entire client workplace experience includes hard services & soft services facilities functions, move management, events and support pantries management. While the role requires someone highly proactive and independent, you will also be a key collaborator on strategic workplace experience initiatives that enhance employee experience, operational excellence, and our cross-site & function collaboration.\nResponsibilities:\nTo coordinate all on-site facilities operational and administrative duties.\nPartnering closely with the hard & soft services partners for all daily maintenance matters and conducting daily inspection to ensure quality standards are being maintained.\nMonitor submission of service partners’ daily inspection and periodic reports.\nResponsible for coordinating and improving efficiency of storage, transportation, space planning, event planning and meeting room arrangement.\nOversee the planning and executing of the maintenance scheduling.\nReview service partners’ deployment and duties to optimal use of manpower.\nRegular inspection for conformance to service standards and expectation of cleanliness, waste management.\nEnsuring that all service partners conduct themselves in accordance with relevant policy on health and safety. They will be committed to maintaining a healthy and safe work environment.\nEnsuring at all times that they carry out their work safely and with due regard for others in accordance with HS&E procedures and instructions, contractual, legislative and local requirements.\nReporting immediately any non-conformance, unsafe act or unsafe condition to line management for investigation and corrective action.\nIdentify, collate and report any building defects.\nCoordinate with all service partner on their plan training programme for technicians, cleaners, landscapers, waste and pest control.\nCoordinate and support events from set up requirements to logistical support including AV set-up, liaise with onsite support team on layout etc.\nConduct daily toolbox talk to address HSE, work activities and shared lesson learnt.\nServe as first point of coverage for client receptionist by supporting in delivering warm, professional hospitality while following site security protocols for all visitors. independently.\nComplete additional responsibilities as assigned.\nRequirements:\nNitec/Higher/Nitec/Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or an equivalent field of study required\n3+ years of experience in office coordination, hospitality, facilities, or workplace operations.\nA strong operational mindset with a genuine passion for building meaningful employee experiences.\nExperience in managing a substantial size of workers\nExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.\nA positive attitude and a good team-player with good interpersonal and supervisory skills.\nA proactive, positive, and solutions-oriented attitude - someone who thrives in fast-paced, people-first environments.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills across email and in-person interactions.\nProficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and comfort using CMMS platform or help desk platforms.\nOthers: The role includes the need to potentially provide after-hours coverage when necessary.\nLocation:\nOn-site -SingaporeJob Tags:\nHiringIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
