Work with property managers to handle routine property management operations, including procurement of property supplies and services, escorting vendors, perform vehicle and equipment logistics, assisting with other general duties as requested.\nWhat your day-to-day will look like?:\nAssist Facility Management Team with tactical planning for the team’s goals and objectives \nProvide facility specific assistance to the project management team as needed or requested \nManage and maintain small facility management tasks as assigned \nCoordinate special events in support of client or JLL \nProvide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed and directed \nAssist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities \nProvide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facility \nAct as an interface with client, visitors and guests \nEnsure appropriate follow up with customers \nProvide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption \nRequired Qualifications:\n2+ years’ experience with Facility or Property Administration \nGED or High school diploma \nSuperior customer service skills and orientation \nMust be proficient at Excel Spreadsheets and have capability of customizing administrative reports \nPreferred Qualifications:\nAbility to plan and manage work under time constraints \nAbility to multitask and work without direct supervision \nProficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills \nStrong organizational skills and collaborative style \nEstimated compensation for this position: \n49,920.00 - 70,600.00 CAD per yearThis range represents the estimated base salary and actual compensation may differ. Final base salary is determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
