Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.\nCoordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.\nPlan and direct the operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment.\nManage the output of the Repairs and Maintenance program. Responsible for on time, on budget, delivery of engineering work\nManage all M&E works including contractor management\nEnsure Planned Preventative Maintenance is undertaken in accordance with the schedule\nEffectively manage all Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)\nEnsure OHSAS guidelines and policies are carried out\nDevelop and maintain work breakdown schedules\nContinually seek to identify and minimize areas of risk\nIdentify and reduce waste wherever possible\nProvide leadership to all employees and subcontractors in the Engineering teams\nDevelop a strong network of industry suppliers, subcontractors and contracts\nManage all workflow documentation and reporting\nDevelop full understanding of scope/contract and impact across different departments/projects/areas of business\nProvide technical direction and guidance.
