Administrar los proveedores que realizan el mantenimiento y otros servicios; y cumplir con los requerimientos de seguridad e higiene y normas GMP.\nResponsabilidades:\nEvaluación y coordinación de solicitudes de trabajo.\nCoordinación y seguimiento de trabajos de terceros en planta (personal de mantenimiento, limpieza, jardinería, etc).\nDesarrollar especificaciones y dar soporte técnico a la gestión de compras.\nEspecificación de materiales y servicios. Solicitud de repuestos, carga de solicitudes de compras y facturas.\nAtención a proveedores (en planta, vía mail, telefónicamente).\nSeguimiento de órdenes de compra, recepción de materiales y reclamos.\nGestionar y responder a las solicitudes de servicio, garantizando que el trabajo se realice de forma profesional, eficiente y con la mínima interrupción para el cliente.\nGarantizar el cumplimiento de todas las políticas y procedimientos de gestión de la salud y la seguridad, el medio ambiente y los riesgos.\nAyudar con recomendaciones operacionales, como proyectos de gastos de funcionamiento y mejoras de los procesos.\nInteractuar con los clientes externos e internos con un comportamiento positivo y centrado en la satisfacción del cliente.\nMantener el cumplimiento de los Códigos y Leyes Federales, Estatales cuando sea aplicable.\nAsistir a seminarios de formación periódicos dentro y fuera de las instalaciones.\nResponder a todas las órdenes de trabajo de manera oportuna, asegurando el cumplimiento de los KPI y un excelente servicio al cliente.\nIdentificar las oportunidades para mejorar el funcionamiento y la excelencia del servicio, haciendo recomendaciones para llevar a cabo inspecciones y evaluaciones en el sitio para asegurar que todos los procedimientos del edificio y las medidas de rendimiento se mantienen en todo momento y la provisión de un lugar de trabajo seguro.\nProgramar y gestionar las actividades de mantenimiento, obras menores y otras solicitudes de trabajo, haciendo un seguimiento hasta su finalización.\nProporcionar información y dirección a los proveedores, al personal de las instalaciones y a otros proveedores de servicios, según sea necesario, para garantizar una excelente coordinación y ejecución de los trabajos, con un mínimo de interrupciones.\nApoyar activamente un entorno de trabajo en equipo, cooperación, excelencia en el rendimiento y éxito personal.\nActuar como embajador de JLL, adoptando y manteniendo los valores fundamentales de la empresa: trabajo en equipo, ética y excelencia.\nRequisitos:\n+ 5 años de experiencia en el área de Facility Management (deseable)\nManejo de proveedores de servicios\nNivel de ingles intermedio (oral y escrito)\nThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
