Work with facility manager to handle routine facility management operations, including procurement of supplies and services, escorting vendors, perform vehicle and equipment logistics, assisting with other general duties as requested.\nWhat is your day to day?\nAssist Operations Team with tactical planning for the team’s goals and objectives\nProvide facility specific assistance to vendors supporting the repair and maintenance and assist the team as needed or requested\nManage and maintain vendor work orders, purchase orders, and invoice submissions an small facility management tasks as assigned\nProvide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed and directed\nAssist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities using a work order management system\nProvide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facility\nAct as an interface with client, visitors and guests\nDesired experience and technical skills\nRequired\n2+ years’ experience with Facility or Property Administration\nGED or High school diploma\nSuperior customer service skills and orientation\nMust be proficient at Google or Excel Spreadsheets and have capability of customizing administrative reports\nPreferred\nAbility to plan and manage work under time constraints\nAbility to multitask and work without direct supervision\nProficient in MS Office, Google, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills\nStrong organizational skills and collaborative style\nThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
