Monitor facilities maintenance and energy management systems to optimize performance and identify issues before they become critical problems.\nPreventive Maintenance Programs Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance schedules for all building equipment and systems. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and ensure compliance with manufacturer warranties and service agreements.\nProject Management Lead facility improvement projects including space renovations, system upgrades, and equipment replacements. Manage project timelines, budgets, and contractor relationships while ensuring minimal disruption to building operations.\nCompliance and Safety Ensure facilities meet all local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Conduct regular inspections, maintain required certifications, and coordinate with regulatory agencies during audits or inspections.\nEnergy Management Monitor utility consumption, identify energy efficiency opportunities, and implement sustainability initiatives. Analyze energy data to reduce operational costs and support corporate environmental goals.\nEmergency Response Respond to facility emergencies including power outages, equipment failures, and environmental issues. Maintain emergency procedures and coordinate with first responders when necessary.\nWhat your day-to-day will look like:\nFacilities Inspection and coordination with site team\n\nAttend to daily requests in operations and engineering concerns\n\nUpdate trackers and equipment assessment\n\nOthers\n\nDesired or preferred experience and technical skills: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in building operations or facilities management. Knowledge of building systems, codes, and regulations. Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
