Asset & Space Management\nTo Maintain an accurate inventory of facility assets and equipment for operational efficiency. Optimize space utilization\nCoordinate in workspace modifications, relocations, and renovations. Emergency Handling:\nLead emergency response efforts during incidents such as fire, accidents, equipment failure, or natural disasters\nConduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards.\nCoordinate with internal teams, first responders, and government agencies.\nPlan and execute emergency drills (e.g., fire, evacuation, medical emergencies).\nTrain teams on first aid, fire safety, and crisis communication.\nEnsure proper functioning of backup power systems, fire suppression systems, and security infrastructure. Energy Conservation\nTrain teams on first aid, fire safety, and crisis communication.\nIdentify opportunities for reducing energy waste and improving operational efficiency.\nMonitor and analyze energy consumption data to identify trends and inefficiencies.\nRecommend improvements to reduce costs and carbon footprint.\nWork with facility HOD, operations teams, and engineers to optimize energy use. Maintenance Documentation\nMaintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.\nDevelop and update maintenance manuals, procedures, and guidelines.\nEnsure proper documentation of spare parts inventory and usage.\nAssist in developing and documenting preventive maintenance schedules.\nRecord and track equipment performance for predictive maintenance analysis.\nEnsure proper data entry, tracking, and retrieval of maintenance records.
