Key Responsabilities
- Communicate with Site Leadership team (Country Manager, HR, Finance, Legal, IT, etc.)
- Serve as the primary Point of Contact for all IFM matters and property management for the client
- Liaise regularly with client's administrative stakeholders including site leads, receptionists, administrators, and office managers to ensure comprehensive IFM delivery and maintain high property operational standards
- Procurement of goods and services for client buildings
- Conduct regular meetings with Landlord to ensure lease terms are fulfilled (e.g., external maintenance, central plant management
- Perform regular monthly site inspections
- Oversee and manage vendors delivering daily office cleaning services
- Oversee and ensure proper operation and maintenance of building systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and BMS
Your Profile
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Facilities Management or customer service within a large commercial organization
- Proven experience managing facilities contracts and supplier/contractor relationships
- Knowledge of EU Facility legislation and governing bodies
- Quality Assurance knowledge and experience preferred
- Fluency in both French and English required
- Willingness to travel to client sites monthly
