This role places you at the center of all site activities, where you'll oversee day-to-day operations, lead a dedicated team, and serve as the primary point of contact between JLL and our client. You'll be responsible for ensuring that every aspect of the facility runs efficiently-from soft services including cleaning, landscaping, and pest control to coordinating with hard services teams to deliver integrated facilities management solutions. This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution, balancing client expectations with operational realities while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.\nWhat your day-to-day will look like:\nLead and develop the on-site facilities management team including supervisors, coordinators, and support staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement\nServe as the primary liaison between JLL and the client, conducting regular meetings to review performance metrics, address concerns, and identify opportunities for service enhancement\nManage day-to-day soft services operations including cleaning, landscaping, and pest control, ensuring all services meet JLL quality standards and client specifications\nOversee systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems, and general maintenance to ensure optimal facility performance\nManage vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring for all service providers, establishing strong relationships while ensuring cost-effective delivery\nDevelop and monitor site budgets, analyzing financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality standards\nEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed\nCoordinate space planning, moves, adds, and changes to support evolving client needs and workplace strategies\nPrepare and present comprehensive reports on operational performance, cost management, maintenance activities, and strategic initiatives for client review and internal stakeholders\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience\n8-10 years of progressive facilities management experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.\nStrong knowledge of building systems, soft services operations, and industry best practices for commercial facilities\nProven budget management and vendor negotiation experience\nExcellent client relationship management and stakeholder presentation skills\nDemonstrated team leadership including coaching, training, and performance management\nWorking knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations\nProficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite\nFM certifications (FMP, CFM) preferred\nLocation:\nOn-site -Bengaluru, KAScheduled Weekly Hours:\n48If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
