This role demands a confident leader capable of managing diverse teams, ensuring service excellence across housekeeping, security, landscaping, pest control, and other soft services while maintaining rigorous audit standards and operational compliance.\nKey Responsibilities\nSoft Services Management\nOversee end-to-end soft services operations including housekeeping, security services, reception, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and pantry services\nDevelop and implement service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all soft service vendors\nConduct regular quality inspections and service audits to ensure adherence to JLL standards\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and occupant experience\nManage vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance evaluations for soft service providers\nAudit Management and Compliance\nLead internal and external audits including ISO certifications, safety audits, fire audits, and statutory compliance audits\nPrepare comprehensive audit documentation, checklists, and compliance reports\nImplement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) based on audit findings\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards\nEnsure 100% compliance with local municipal regulations, labor laws, and environmental norms\nCoordinate with statutory authorities for inspections and permit renewals\nTeam Leadership and Development\nConfidently lead, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary facilities team of 15-25+ members including supervisors, technicians, and support staff\nBuild high-performing teams through effective communication, motivation, and performance management\nConduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and skill development programs\nHandle conflict resolution and employee relations matters with professionalism\nFoster a culture of accountability, safety consciousness, and service excellence\nManage team schedules, attendance, and resource allocation efficiently\nOperations Management\nOversee daily facility operations ensuring seamless service delivery across all touchpoints\nMonitor hard services including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire safety, and building infrastructure\nImplement robust preventive maintenance programs and emergency response protocols\nCoordinate move management, space planning, and office setup activities\nManage access control systems, visitor management, and security protocols\nClient and Stakeholder Management\nServe as the primary facilities contact for internal stakeholders and client representatives\nBuild strong relationships through proactive communication and responsive service delivery\nHandle escalations professionally and implement effective resolution strategies\nPresent operational reports, performance dashboards, and improvement plans to senior management\nParticipate in client meetings and business review sessions with confidence\nBudget and Financial Management\nDevelop, monitor, and control facility operating budgets ranging from INR 2-5 Crores annually\nOptimize costs while maintaining service quality through strategic vendor management\nTrack expenses, prepare financial reports, and provide variance analysis\nIdentify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service standards\nHealth, Safety and Sustainability\nChampion workplace safety through robust HSE programs and regular safety training\nConduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations\nDrive sustainability initiatives including waste segregation, energy conservation, and green building practices\nEnsure fire safety compliance, conduct evacuation drills, and maintain emergency preparedness\nMaintain accident-free workplace records and promote safety culture\nQualifications\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Hotel Management, Facilities Management, or related field\n8-12 years of progressive experience in integrated facilities management with strong soft services background\nMinimum 4-5 years in a leadership role managing large teams and multi-service operations\nExperience in commercial office buildings, corporate campuses, or large institutional facilities\nTechnical Skills and Certifications\nIn-depth knowledge of soft services operations, vendor management, and service delivery standards\nStrong understanding of audit processes including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and related certifications\n\nLeadership and Soft Skills\n
